3 years ago, My father was looking to purchase an SUV, he really liked Chevrolet and what they had to offer. We started to look into the Chevy equinox and found one online with LooLoo auto. Honestly everything went great from the time we arrived to the end of the purchase, but they didn’t disclose that the vehicle had transmission issues hence offering the transmission warranty which we did purchase which I also do have picture proof. should’ve been a red flag for me right there but live and learn I guess took a huge lose from that vehicle. For that reason I would never advise anyone to purchase a vehicle without taking it to an external mechanic that you trust.

I worked in a huge Company that have massive requirements for customer service. With that, i Was fortunate to have travelled enough and seen the cultural variations level of customer service displayed in every line of business. I heard stories about Canada. No difference from my own source country (Singapore) and did not expect much. Then one fine day I saw this website and got curious of just browsing my dream car in a flesh. I went in and u know. Car shops are testosterone space with strictness. In contrast, these guys are doing it differently. Everyone who you landed an eye contact will just nod and smile. BUT Tony at the background just greeted me like i was his first customer. I trained and mentored people in terms of delivering a world class customer. But Tony’s traits, gestures and choice of words are 💯 on point. Then my curiosity became an avid customer, i bought the car at no plan. Purchased it not because of the item (maybe 10%), but because of their customer engagement and specifically it was Tony… A commitment that I will be an ONLY LooLoo customer and will further recommend to my friends for certain.
